THis is a great idea. One concern though, is the lying jerks that float up to the top of many corporations. In NYC, developers and companies that employ a lot of people frequently get tax breaks for things like building low-cost housing or pledging to continue providing jobs for a certain number of workers, or promising to stay in the city for x number of years. They routinely take the money and willfully fail to deliver on their promises. I don't know if it's because the politicians are getting paid off, or one administration hsa trouble enforcing agreements made by a previous one, but there are seldom any consequences for this kind of thing. Maybe if enforcement was up to the IRS, there would be less abuse. I know that this isn't a reason not to try, but I hope they will put some teeth into whatever gets developed. I would vote for you in a heartbeat.
